LS MAYA offers returns and exchanges under limited conditions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Eligibility

•       Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

•       Return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

•       Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or alteration are not eligible for return or exchange.

Process

1.    Approval is required before any return or exchange. Please contact us first.

2.    Once approved, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

3.    LS MAYA reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.

Refunds

Approved returns will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
